Our branch had a Christmas Caroling activity this week. The youth were the main supporters and they had a fun night together. They came to our home and sang 5 or 6 songs. Hermana Munroe passed out popcorn balls, also known here as alborroto's, and then we accompanied them up the street to the Blanco's home. We ended the night with cookies and hot chocolate. It was nice to hear traditional caroling songs sung in Spanish. We especially liked Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer (Rudolf el Reno) where they compared his nose to a tomato. It was another nice thing to add to our Christmas memories of our time in Costa Rica.
